Support
Your local music remains playable without an ORA account or connection to our server. Deleting the library does not delete full access. A revoked license limits further library growth without removing existing music.
Restore full access
- App Store: use the same Apple Account, then open Settings → Full access → Restore purchase.
- Redeem Apple gift codes with Redeem an App Store code in the App Store edition.
- Mac website edition: sign in to the same iCloud account, then open Settings → Full access → Restore purchase. There is no license key or separate ORA registration. If you received a key for an older version, contact support for migration.
Pending or cancelled purchases
Pending purchases unlock access after Apple approves them. Cancelling a purchase keeps your current access unchanged.
Refunds and revoked purchases
A full-access refund restores the free library limits without deleting music. Refunded player purchases remain separate and switch playback to the included ORA-01.
Useful diagnostics
In Settings, choose Copy Diagnostic Information. The report contains the ORA version, system version, device model, language, and selected player. It does not contain audio files, paths, track names, or album names.
Contact support
Include the ORA version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send music files or App Store credentials.
